Dear Progressive team, I am deeply concerned that you threaten to raise my auto insurance premium if I do not share my location 24/7. I believe this is a breach of my privacy. I strongly disagree with this approach. Sharing location should only be optional—when I use the app or when driving—not a requirement. If I had the option not to share my location, you’d be the best company in the world. I hope you reconsider this policy and respect my privacy going forward.

Specially with snapshot, it won't let me edit any trips past 7 days which is unfortunate because now I have to think about editing incorrectly recorded trips every single day. Also, hard braking is very inaccurate. They don't know the reason why I'm braking hard, especially when I do it to prevent and accident if someone merges in front of me and slams their brakes. I get so many people slamming their breaks in front of me, but then it's a penalty when I do it? I don't think that's reasonable, and I'm not the first to say this stuff either.

To date, No claims. I have no experience with Progressive as to their integrity to be accountable. As of this date the only experience I have with Progressive is that they offer policies and that I pay for them. So, I know I’m accountable anyway, hopefully we’ll never have the occasion to find out if Progress is or not.

I've just changed my policy from Allstate to Progressive. So far so good. My agent explained everything to me and has accepted every call with my questions.
